TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The purchasing process on my website is fully secure - we do not store any of your card details for future use. Here’s how it works:

1) Delivery destination

We can only fulfil orders in GB Pounds, but you can buy online from anywhere in the world. The appropriate tax and shipping costs will be calculated by the shopping craft and displayed on screen before you commit to any purchase.

2) Online shopping cart

This is powered by Roman Cart. When selecting an item to buy, the cart will automatically show a quantity of 1. To buy more items, simply alter the quantity and click the Recalculate button.

3) Online payments

You can pay online in GB pounds by debit/credit card or using a PayPal account. All card payments are handled for us by the secure PayPal service (whether your use a PayPal account or not).

4) Payments from UK Schools and other institutions only:

Instead of paying by card or Paypal, you can pay by cheque if you prefer. To do this:

• Please select ‘Pay by Cheque’ during the buying process
• If a Purchase Order (PO) is part of your employers procurement process, please enter a PO number during the buying process.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please follow the above process for ‘Paying by cheque’ - the invoice you receive will automatically include the relevant bank transfer details you need.

You can opt to pay by card or cheque.

Please note if paying by cheque or bank transfer, your login may be cancelled if you do not pay within 14 days.

All Payments should be made to ‘Munro Training Services’, my trading company.

5) Changing your order

If you submit your order and then want to change it afterwards, don’t worry. Just email me at weborders@andyvass.net stating your name, address and invoice/order number and I will get in touch.

6) Online tutorials

You will be issued with a secure login normally within 24 hours of placing your order (Bank/Public holidays excepted).

7) Books

Please allow 7 days for UK deliveries, longer for overseas.

Books will be safely packaged and should arrive with you in perfect condition. If they do not, please email me at weborders@andyvass.net stating your name, address and invoice/order number and I will get in touch.

8) Order confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your order with an invoice, as soon as it is placed. Payments by cheque or bank transfer should be made within 14 days. If you pay by card you will also receive an email from PayPal to confirm the financial transaction.

9) Refunds

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. But if, for any reason, it doesn’t meet your expectations please let me know:

• If you return any books, undamaged, within 14 days of receiving them, I will refund your money in full
• If you ask for your subscription to any online tutorials to be cancelled within 14 days of your login starting, I will cancel your login and refund your money in full.

10) Your personal details

I hate spam, so I promise not to pass on your details to anyone else for the purpose of sales, marketing or research.

Occasionally, I may email you to tell you about any new resources or teacher surveys that may be of interest to you. If you don’t want me to do this, please let me know.

The only client details that I share, are those necessary for the issue and management of the subscription and logins for my online tutorials.
