CPD Courses for Teachers

cpd courses by andy vass

“Andy was an absolute inspiration to me and my staff.”

Mrs Skinner, Headteacher, Claydon School, Ipswich.

How I can help in your school

My courses are designed to help teachers perform at their peak and achieve their best in all situations at school – with pupils, peers and parents.

Normally, if you take one of my courses I will deliver it in your own educational setting – such as a school, college or university – to the nominated members of your staff. Course prices will depend on the duration, location, number of attendees and the degree to which you want the standard course content tailored to your specific needs.

My approach

I am a strong believer that the best teachers focus on their own learning too. Feeling inspired and affirmed as well as finding fresh ideas are essential to you being at your best in the classroom. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) plays a vital role in this, giving you the chance to extend your learning and challenge your existing thinking.

I make sure all my CPD coaching courses are not just relevant, memorable and current but also profoundly practical in helping you to perform at your peak more of the time.

Added value for my clients

In a world of economic cut backs, getting value for money on CPD budget is imperative. That’s why my courses also include 3 value–added components that enable you to buy with confidence:

Made to measure course content based on your actual needs When you book, just let me know:

  • What you want to be able to do even better or know more about in order to be more effective – so I can tailor the course learning activities to reflect this
  • What you’re already doing that works well – I can then coach you to consciously do more of the same – this is both affirmative and resourceful
  • What new ideas, knowledge or insights would help you – I can then include relevant, well – researched solutions that you can put into immediate practice.

Satisfaction guaranteed – If you’re not 100% happy with any course, I’ll give you 100% of your money back. (Something I’ve never been asked to do!)

FREE ‘After sales service’ – I’m happy to provide email–mentoring for all course participants. So you’ll always be free to get in touch with me and ask questions or test new ideas/reflections.
