cpd courses by andy vass

“Andy’s coaching has had a profound effect on changing the culture of our school. It has helped generate better leaders and better learners.”

S. Bainton, Deputy Head, Farlingaye School, Ipswich.

About this 1 day workshop

This introductory course gives you a strong understanding of how to hold effective and productive conversations (formally and informally) with peers pupils and parents.

Coaching helps people create the results they want and to take their own performance to the next level. By enhancing your skills in listening; in asking effective and thought provoking questions you will make a greater impact on the learning process.

Developing your ability to be solution focused and encourage reflection and progress in yourself and others are core elements of successful learning. Following this course you’ll be equipped to start using your coaching skills right away back in school.

Once you have done this course, you may want to progress further with my intensive 2–4 day coaching programme, ‘Build Learning Capacity
