Course – Leadership and Culture

cpd courses by andy vass

“This course had a significant impact on my ability to create continuous professional development in school.”

Kevin Burnett, Head Teacher, Barnes.

About this 1 day workshop

In this workshop you will explore and understand how the behaviours and attitudes of leaders have a direct impact on the culture and performance of their organisation, enabling others round them to thrive (or not!).

Thriving happens when learning and energy are present. Only then can high performance, resilience and wellbeing become organisational characteristics.

Because leaders are ultimately judged on the performance of others, understanding how to generate interactions that enable people to turn up every day and do their best is essential.

A key theme of the workshop is that sustainable high level results are generated not by process but through human interactions and in particular, high quality learning conversations.
